Most delivery problems come down to a missing detail or a missed call. A little preparation makes COD quick and easy for you and for the courier.

Have the exact cash ready. Couriers may not always carry change. Preparing the exact amount in AED avoids delays at the door.
Keep your phone reachable. The courier may call or message before arriving, or when they cannot find your building. Answer calls from unknown local numbers on the expected delivery day.

Refusing a parcel, returns, and refunds

With COD, you pay only when the parcel is handed over to you. If you have a concern at the door, for example if the parcel appears visibly damaged, please tell the courier and contact us with your order number and, if possible, a photo.

If you prefer not to handle cash, or if no one will be home to pay the courier, you can choose a payment link instead. This is a simple way to pay online without saving card details on our store.

Place your order and select the payment link option at checkout.
Receive the link. After you order, we send you a payment link by email or WhatsApp, referring to your order number.
Pay online. Open the link, check the amount and order details, and complete the payment on the payment page.
Order processing. Your order is processed once the payment has been received. You will get an update when your order is on its way.
Delivery. The courier delivers your parcel. Because it is already paid, there is nothing to pay at the door.
