How do I place an order?
Choose a product from the nootropics collection, add it to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your name, phone number, email address and full UAE delivery address, then select your payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email once the order is placed.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account is optional and simply lets you see your past orders in one place.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number. If the order has not yet been handed to the courier, we can usually change the address, the items or cancel it. Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
Will I be contacted to confirm my order?
For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order and the delivery address before dispatch. Please make sure the phone number you enter at checkout is correct and reachable.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Two options are available: Cash on Delivery, where you pay the courier in cash in AED when the parcel arrives, or a payment link that we send to you after you place your order.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
Select Cash on Delivery at checkout. No payment is taken online. When the courier delivers your parcel, you pay the order total in cash in AED. Please have the exact amount ready if possible, as couriers may not always carry change. More details are on our Cash on Delivery page.
How does the payment link work?
Select the payment link option at checkout. After your order is placed, we send you a personal payment link by email or WhatsApp. The link opens a hosted checkout page from a payment provider where you complete the payment. Your order is dispatched once the payment is confirmed. We never ask for card details by message, email or phone.
In which currency are prices shown?
All prices on this site are shown and charged in UAE dirhams (AED).
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally.
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Delivery times and fees depend on the emirate and are listed in our shipping policy. The applicable fee is also shown at checkout before you place your order.
What address details do you need?
Please provide the building or villa name, apartment or unit number, street, area and emirate. If you know it, add your Makani number or a nearby landmark. Complete details help the courier find you on the first attempt.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier will usually try to reach you by phone. If delivery is still not possible, the parcel may be returned to us. The process for failed deliveries is described in the shipping policy.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Because these are consumable products, returns are generally accepted only for sealed, unopened items in their original condition. The full conditions and time frame are set out in our refund policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If an item is damaged, the seal is broken or you received the wrong product, contact us with your order number, the LOT number and photos. We will review the case and arrange a solution as described in the refund policy.
How are refunds paid?
Refunds for orders paid with a payment link are returned to the original payment method. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are paid by bank transfer to an account you provide. Details are in the refund policy.
Products & quality
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a report issued by a laboratory after testing a sample. It typically states the substance tested, the methods used and the measured results, such as identity and purity. Our guide on how to read a COA walks through each section.
Is every batch tested?
Yes. Each batch is tested by an independent laboratory before it is offered for sale, and the COA is linked to that specific batch.
What is the LOT number and where do I find it?
The LOT number identifies the production batch. It is printed on the product label. You can use it to match your product to the corresponding COA, and we use it to trace any question about a product back to its batch.
Which products do you offer?
Our range includes Phenibut 500 mg Capsules, Phenibut 250 mg Capsules and Phenibut HCl Powder. Each product page lists the form, the content per unit and the pack size. If you are new to the category, see our beginner's guide to nootropics for general background.
How should I store the products?
Store the products as stated on the label. Keep containers closed and out of the reach of children.
