Why Phenilab exists
Phenilab was set up for one reason: buying a research compound in the United Arab Emirates should not require guesswork. Many listings online show a product photo, a price and very little else. There is often no batch number, no lab report and no clear statement of what is actually inside the container. We wanted a shop that works the other way around, where the documentation comes first and the product page simply reflects it.
Our approach rests on five points:
- Documented products. Every item in the nootropics collection is listed with its form, content per unit and pack size, stated plainly.
- A Certificate of Analysis for every batch. Each production batch is tested by an independent laboratory before it is offered for sale. The report is linked to the batch, not to the product in general.
- Clear labels. Each container carries the product name, the content per unit, the LOT number and the storage instructions. Nothing on the label is there for decoration.
- Local delivery within the UAE. Orders are dispatched to addresses inside the Emirates only, so there are no international customs steps between you and your parcel.
- Simple payment. You can pay in cash (AED) to the courier on delivery, or request a payment link that we send to you by email or WhatsApp after you place your order.
What we do and what we don't do
We supply products with transparent documentation and we answer questions about orders, delivery, payment, labels and lab reports. We try to keep every answer short, factual and verifiable.
There are also clear limits. We do not give medical advice, and we do not make promises about effects of any kind. Product descriptions on this site state what a product is, not what it will do for you. Our team is not able to recommend whether a product is suitable for a particular person, and we will not suggest amounts or usage routines. If you have questions about your health, please speak to a licensed healthcare professional. Purchases are limited to adults aged 18 and over, and each customer is responsible for checking the rules that apply to them.
Our quality process
Quality at Phenilab is a sequence of checks rather than a slogan. In general terms, it looks like this:
- Independent lab testing per batch. A sample from each batch is sent to an independent laboratory. The resulting Certificate of Analysis (COA) reports the identity of the substance and the measured purity, along with the test methods used. - LOT tracking. Every batch receives a LOT number. That number is printed on the label and recorded against your order. If you ever have a question about a product you received, the LOT number lets us identify the exact batch, its COA and its dispatch history.
- Controlled storage. Stock is kept sealed, away from direct sunlight and heat, under the conditions stated on the label. Given the UAE climate, we pay particular attention to temperature during storage and when handing parcels to the courier.
- Sealed packaging. Products leave us in sealed containers. If a seal is broken or a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us before using the product.
